I have no idea whether the positional tracking is correct or not ;-) Runs on direct HMD mode (everything else is untested for now)

@renderpipeline appears to crash on start with DK2 on Windows 7 in Direct HMD Access mode... let me know if I can help debug! -

@renderpipeline yup it does, but it starts on the main display which makes it a bit hard to use -
