So I listened to the podcast ..well done as usual and I think you nailed the frustration by the public on the head. My question though is, if (and hopefully when) Trump is defeated in 2020, AND Congress doesn't impeach, can the incoming AG then charge him with obstruction?

Yes he could be charged with obstruction after leaving office.

One last question. If Congress impeaches and by some miracle the Senate convicts, can a newly installed AG still charge criminal obstruction or would that fall under double jeopardy? I'm in uncharted territory here and def not a Constitutional Atty
