@YouTube @Google @GooglePay who do I get in contact with about a billing issue since I can't find any information on who or how Google searching the issue?
There seems to have been some sort of error earlier today when I was trying to renew my premium membership. It charged me but didn't renew. It later renewed and charged me a second time.
