I mean, normally, if it cost me twice as much to live in one place as anywhere else, and I could work anywhere else, and crime was less of a factor anywhere else, I'd go ... live anywhere else. I said around a decade ago, what will restore affordability to SF is crime.

People who can afford to live in SF right now are the problem. Crime, among many other negatives, is the result.
