No Latin America Language Pack on Steam

Hi! The Latin American Language Pack is on Steam as a DLC. If you go into the Steam client and install the game, the pack will install with it, and then you should be able to play the game in that language.

old music still in there or did a couple of the tracks get replaced to resolve licensing issues? I know that was an issue and why it got removed originally right?
