Law school recap: You don't need legal fees to have an attorney-client relationship. And you can't "request" A/C privilege. You either have it by virtue of being in an A/C relationship, or you don't.

That doesn’t make any sense to me. If he didn’t do any legal work, why would there be attorney client privilege?

In other words, I just met with him in private to get state secrets from Trump to use on my tv show under the guise of client-attorney privilege

@seanhannity: "He had, you know, just whatever I happened to want, when I want it, when I wanted it... You know, a fixer!" Come on,@foxnews#FireSeanHannity for not disclosing the "privileged relationship" he claims he has when spewing stuff* about@MichaelCohen212 *#RESISTThanks. I guess Hannity has never watched Breaking Bad. If he had, he would know that all he had to do was give Cohen $5, or even a dollar so he could legally be considered his client. THEN he could invoke attorney-client privilege.

Hannity is such a damn liar. No way he asked for attorney-client privilege. He claims their conversations were mundane & about real estate. Why would you need/want atty-client privilege for that? You wouldn't
