If/when they release it, will they also release the source material(s) for their findings?
Rep Conaway told me he thinks if/when WH clears #NunesMemo release, it will be published in congressional record. House must be in session for that to happen. House out of session til 430 Friday when back 4 proforma session. So if Conaway right, earliest memo release is Friday

This comports with my view that memo remains CLASSIFIED notwithstanding
#HPSCI public release. Publishing in Congressional Record provides immunity from criminal prosecution under Speech and Debate Clause. But if Members share outside of this context, could be prosecuted.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
