It's always been easier and cheaper to hack the people than hack voting machines.

So essentially that report is saying no machines were tampered with, no voter information changed electronically? Okay. Guess that's why they went the propaganda driven psychological manipulation route.

"infrastructure" not "results". They may not have actually had a "material impact" with the processes and systems we use to elect people but that doesn't mean there wasn't abuse of the system, with in the confines of current laws, to subtly alter the results of the election.

They couldn’t possibly know. There won’t be any evidence if you’re not looking for it. The electronic/touch screen systems are programmed and built by people who can be bought and they are not auditable. Re-counts uncover nothing when the counting has been manipulated from start.
