A pardon is a pardon whether you accept or reject it. Lanny Davis is just advancing a PR stunt to improve Cohen's image in left's eyes.
Michael Cohen's lawyer, Lanny Davis, tells @NPR's @rachelnpr that under no circumstances would Cohen accept a pardon from President Trump.
