They already are in Florida and Rick Scott a so call 2nd Amend supporter and Republican signed the Draconian Unconstitutional law. Where is the ACLU? This isn’t just about the 2nd but Due Process. And Due Proces for a crimes that was not committed is NOT DUE PROCESS.
