Director Wray may want to look into economics 101. Russia is a blip economically versus other competitors. That will have a greater impact on the future of this nation. Imo

In retrospect then, Clinton's encouragement, back in 2010, of major U.S. co's, such as Microsoft and Google, to invest more than a billion dollars in the Skolkovo tech park outside Moscow, might not have been such a bright idea then.
