Hugely important & belies the myth of neurosurgeons driving cabs. Also, the improvement seems to correlate with the implementation of the Express Entry reforms. Immigration benefits Canada powerfully when we take care to ensure new arrivals have the skills our economy needs.

Some are suggesting the 36k drop in AB's full-time employment in December means there is no economic recovery. This is silly. Yes, Dec saw a drop; but, Nov saw a big gain. Data measured with error. Look to trends instead. The recovery is clear.

Canada will have an important debate about how to tackle the pollution that causes climate change in 2019. The plan is based on the best available economics and science. The plan does not (yet) exist.

It seems like it would be in the public interest for the province to at least study the costs, options and opportunities of rail relocation in Winnipeg. Safety. Economic growth. Development opportunity. Quality of life. Alberta crisis, Winnipeg danger

Contract workers like custodians & cafeteria workers are some of the lowest paid people in the federal govt. Under the , they won’t see a dime of back pay. It’s infuriating & utterly unfair that hardworking families are paying for Pres Trump’s incompetence.

When you push reckless policies that squander our resources, defy our values, leave 800,000 federal workers unpaid and millions of Americans without needed services, you don’t need to declare a national emergency. You are the national emergency.
