    Correction for you, design and deployment is done by Google, backhaul and ISP is Railtel - it has always been clear from the time it was announced. Railtel has done an amazing job of course. Fiber is key.

    Google's ability to take most credit for things where it is the least contributing partner is one of its biggest strengths in India. RailTel + Indian railways laid the optical fiber cable, they installed the routers, they are delivering the Internet and bearing the cost.
