Finished my first week at @WorcsAcuteNHS as chair wonderful staff met many committed leaders medical ,nurses and others a system that wants to help unrelenting regulators (that’s what they re there for )If we can harness all that energy for patients benefit it can be done

Nope. Read the Francis Reports please. Exactly the opposite with procedure ignored with no consequences.
