A screenshot of an opinion from uncredited source which doesn't make any reference to free school meals, that certainly has me convinced.

Hey Rachel, now it's been confirmed that 160,000 poor kids are going to lose their free school meals, I presume you're going to apologise for this inaccurate and misleading tweet, right?!

Thanks for highlighting this Rachel - this damaging news report has had a dreadful affect on our community. Morecambe is a town on the up and as local Councillors we are fighting constantly for better services for those who need them the most!
-
If you actually believe that, what on earth were you doing at the Community Conversations? The poverty & misery that was the actual focus of the report hasn’t just gone away & people are still struggling every single day! The sun didn’t come out & now everything’s rosy!

Wait.... I don't see anything on there about you taking free school meals from children. What are you wanting an apology for?
-
Yes exactly but give it time https://www.morecambebayccg.nhs.uk/news-and-events-2/230-ccg-statement-rickets …

I suppose kids stealing food at school meal times, and filling their pockets with it is fake news and isn't related to poverty either eh?

Not a chance Rachel. They would have to admit that it was a bare faced lie. Can you see liebour doing that?
