Unless your unfortunate enough to live in a county such as Tory run Lincs which has had a 4.9% increase in Council Tax. Also, air passenger duty up, as are NHS dental charges and perscriptions (5%!). Also, a number lifes essentials, such as water and energy bills have increased.
