Obviously the more money earned the more Tax is needed to be collected. Just reflects the rich getting richer not that Inland Revenue have managed to collect more. Haven't the Tories borrowed more too and more debt than all Labour Governments put together.

That's also an easy one - not all PFI contracts will be seized back - instead they'll be reviewed and taken back into public control "if necessary". Bit of a cheek when Carillion went bust causing job losses and mayhem. wasn't it a Tory PFI2 plan ?
