I am concerned about this having spoken to our community over the weekend. The Secretary of State has to act in a quasi judicial role and cannot comment on his intentions. There is no issue if a government wants to step in to prevent market failure other than an ideological predisposition. Let’s see more of it like dealing with pfi nonsense
