Not every child is academic. Do we need to offer better vocational/practical training to these children at technical schools? Which would be far more engaging than the present system. Covering a multitude of industries retaining interest in education.
Technical and vocational education has been undervalued for far too long. Conservatives are putting that right with apprenticeships, T levels, institutes of technology and investment in R and D

Studley High is about to receive £38000 to bridge skills gap in engineering from Warwickshire CC. Fantastic! Are we to see similar grants awarded to Redditch schools from Worcester CC? Warwickshire has Grammars and are pushing the technical side. Why can't we have the same?
