By 2023 - seems quite slow for only around 80 sites? I think uptake of electric will struggle until pricing reduces. And 11 million potholes - I think that is about the total in Gloucestershire alone

Note that EV charging speed will often be lower than this because of the vehicle’s limitations. Still worth getting an EV when you change your car, though.
