Just goes to show - loans, cuts and austerity leading to massive interest payments - weren't necessary and led the trust to have to fight with both hands tied behind their back to run a service.

Our Trust here in Worcestershire will need to learn how to "submit their business case" for us to ever see any funding heading towards the Alex. Failed for the last three years, not sure this will make any difference.
