By his own admission he had mild symptoms. Why did he have access to a test when thousands of others with mild symptoms don't?

I do worry what message the PM & other Ministers/MPs are giving by constantly telling the media it's "mild". It comes across as something most of us don't need to worry about isolating for & risks complacency. While people like myself are vulnerable, isolating & could even die.
