Thank you, Rachel. But this really doesn’t cut it for the self employed whose contracts are cancelled under Force Majeure. Or go anywhere near paying the bills for an indefinite period. How long can you self-isolate (to protect vulnerable partner) without symptoms, and claim?

ESA is up to £57.90 a week if you're aged under 25 up to £73.10 a week if you're aged 25 or over. Shocking and even worse than SSP @ £94.25 weekly and earning a minimum of £118 weekly.
