Can't agree with Cllr Warhurst that they say they are "happy" on the street.
Without proper support many are afraid to accept help and have the responsibility of rents, bills etc. Hopefully this will be dealt with more sensitivity than coming from Cllr Warhurstpic.twitter.com/JrSxOSHae3
