Interested to know what 'rogue builders' are classified as Rachel. We've been in a Redrow house for over 6 months and are still fighting to get day 1 issues sorted. It ain't just the Persimmons that need help! They all do what they like it seems.

Planning laws are at fault... who allows developers to ride roughshod over hard pressed local planners? Push for planning laws that ensure infrastructure, transport, parking, open spaces and Section 106 agreements make sure developers take a fair profit but communities grow too..

Thought you said you'd sorted it or was that just another wishful thinking? Did they get planning permission in the end for the extra 960 homes only you demanded that they shouldn't be given it until they paid the previous 106 money and sorted out the residents complaints.
