All citizens assemblies are automatically 50:50. Also balanced between old & young. Rich and poor. It's a more representative way of doing things! Just saying.

Well. Actually that's not true. Parliament is a citizen's assembly. It is not 50:50. I should say all randomly picked CAs are 50:50...
