    I have been pushing for CCHQ to get out of London for around 15 years. Absolutely delighted to read this news today from @ConHome. My suggestion is the South/East Birmingham area - easy access to unis, road, rail, air.         Anything to disperse institutions into regions to be welcomed. I have spent years battling London based institutions that fail to understand regions. I recall DfE once tried to persuade me that Bristol and Solihull were in same region!
