Maxing out on the borrowing and all the changes of privatisations and to business they could find they don't have an income when rates of borrowing go up or business slumps. I am no financier but their plan seems maximum risk.

Relationship between them both cannot be deemed as workers who provide a client service through a limited company rather than employees. This means that the workers have to pay tax and not the company. Neither is getting done or collected under the conservative government!
