The problem is there is not the capacity across the trust and part of that problem is government delays in releasing capital funding. There is no use trying to blame trust for this the blame lays squarely with #DofH and ministers

Not the case. DH have released funding immediately and ahead of business case submission. Trust have been too slow to submit ambitious capital projects. In marked contrast to other Trusts acroas the country

What has been done to lobby & push for "more" services to be returned. It's that ambiguous word again. I doubt you actually know what services are no longer available @ alex & it isn't just the Maternity & childs A&E. Many outpatients clinics are transferred elsewhere now
