It has been raised in Parliament a petition signed by over 300,000 people led to a debate last year, totally ignored. A new one in 18 days got over 300,000 signatures. Jacob Rees Mogg mocked

One more point, people, animals and wildlife don't have time to keep waiting for results. A dead puppy, a seriously injured horse impaled on a fence, serious fireworks attacks in Leeds last night, distressed pet owners...We need results before next year, please!
