They have not had 3 years to scrutinise at all, the issue is with the current government who HAVE had 3 years to propose a deal
MPs in Parliament will today reach for any excuse to prevent us delivering Brexit. Claiming they haven’t enough time to scrutinise when they have had 3 years.
