The note is purely on the backstop and does not answer the problems on liabilities to the eurozone, ECJ, fisheries and the whole host of problems the original WA had. I'm a Conservative member & have solidly voted at all levels for 20 years but if this is TM+ then I'm BxP bound

And the blame game begins. How predictable. Offer them something that you know is unworkable and that they will reject and then blame them for no deal.
