  Believe it or not I believe in a deal that reflects the original vote so something like Norway. Neither no deal nor remain are really viable. The course is looking very good though at the moment.

  If I remember correctly there are thresholds on judicial independence, democratic oversight etc. Would have to go back to my research to answer more fully.
