As usual I ask - why has the Alex not applied for the funding it is already due? Why will no-one give an official reason? We should get @MichelePaduano at @bbcmtd on the case!

The Worcester Royal was only meant to be a City Hospital and not facilitate Tory Centralisation to funnel neck other services into it.
