Last night I spoke for 17.4m who voted Leave and are still waiting for us to deliver Brexit. I voted Remain and lost. Democracy only works if the losers accept the result. People can see through the game playing of opposition parties. MPs seem to have forgotten who they servepic.twitter.com/ocs2oiIbe9

Some constituencies chose to Remain, so our MPs are representing us

Less than 300 constituencies voted remain. Over 400 voted leave. I haven’t got a problem with those who backed their constituents, it’s those that never which is causing the issue. An MP is elected to represent their electorate, they have failed their people.

And that is how an MP should act. So shame on those MPs that ride rough shod over the electorate to ignore and attempt to reverse the decision that they took in the Referendum which was granted to them.

Rachel. I heard your speech, & applaud you. You are a true democrat, I’d be proud to be in your constituency. You spoke with conviction, held your own& made me feel proud to live in our democracy. Thank you for telling Parliament the views of 17.4 million. This means so much.

Well done - couldn’t have said it better myself - at last we have the voice of reason. If the speaker wasn’t totally bias last night/this morning then parliament must be blind. His back-bench antics has destroyed meaningful operation of the house.

The antics round the Speaker’s Chair during proroguing Parl. The usual suspects holding ‘silenced’ placards unable to respect a democratic result. Finished off with a rendition of The Red Flag.

Well said, you stand in sharp contrast to the arrogant, lying, rabble that now make up the greater part of Westminster.
