Less schools in Redditch than 20 years ago, more land being built on for houses (becoming over populated) and the local hospital lost some major departments ! AND WE ARE SUPPOSED TO BE HAPPY WITH THAT NEWS ???? YOUR just tring to balance the cuts from the last 10 years.
Great news for schools as @BorisJohnson announces £14Billion of funding - and particularly for local authorities underfunded by the old formula:
£5,000 minimum per secondary school pupil
£4,000 minimum per primary school pupil
