Another reason for citizens assemblies. By design everyone gets to speak. Parallel conversations make better use of time and allow thorough exploration of opinions, ideas and evidence. Well designed deliberative processes allow all arguments to be heard by everyone.

Could have an assembly in Redditch about how Redditch could reach our climate commitments by 2030. Much of what would be discussed would translate across the country. So a published report from redditch would speak much better than you could alone.
