Perhaps there is an imbalance between local tax on a £1million property and a 150k flat? Read the report, it hardly crucifies the poor however you want to spin it.

Perhaps that's what Rachel is really bothered about. The value of her property and that she might have to contribute those who some are her poorest constituents, so they can be Council Tax free and get on in life without having to queue at food banks or die an avoidable death.
