@redditchrachel I am asking you as my representative to get ‘no deal’ off the table. There are 2 choices - a negotiated deal to leave or no Brexit. If we leave w/o a deal we will have to begin negotiations with EU from a point of unimaginable weakness.

Rachel the explanation is very simple: 1. You are a representative, not a delegate. Your first duty is explicitly to the country. 2. The Brexit Party did not publish a manifesto and the EU elections were not a referendum. 3. The 2016 leave campaign did not campaign for no deal
My duty to the country means I have to respect democracy. Failure to do that as we see for the last 3 years leads us to a divided country.

But this 3 year period has been down to your party failing to come to an agreement. The delay has caused divisions to deepen and resolve to strengthen. This division is here to stay. And meanwhile we ignore domestic issues like childhood poverty.
