@redditchrachel I am asking you as my representative to get ‘no deal’ off the table. There are 2 choices - a negotiated deal to leave or no Brexit. If we leave w/o a deal we will have to begin negotiations with EU from a point of unimaginable weakness.
Emma, I am asking you as a member of the electorate to explain how I can represent you with this request, when the majority of my constituents voted to leave, and last week voted by a huge margin for the Brexit party who want to leave without a deal.

I still favour leaving with a deal and that is what
@michaelgove is best placed to do. But taking no deal off the table puts us in a position of weakness and has led to the current impasse. I will never support that as a policy -
I find it hard to imagine a weaker position than we are now. I appreciate you need to represent a majority vote but that means I have no voice. I hear the CBI reports and Harvard professors on QT and other PM candidates about no deal. I should not be an option.
