In the last 5 years the population in redditch has grown by nearly 20,000 New housing estates everywhere and the Alex had services moved to Worcs. This is down to the government and Conservative party and no one else.

Primary Care Networks (PCN), are to micro-manage all GP’s. PCN’s will have patient records. PCN's decide which patients the GP will see. Other patients will be referred to non-doctor substitute. New Integrated Care Providers (ICP’s), will form new private health insurance system.
