Will need be found from Tax Rises, Borrowing, Cuts & paid by 2023. Brexit Dividend non existent. WAHT Trust £194.8m debt. Where will funding/staff come from for Rachels new found campaign to bring services back? Birmingham option has disappeared. False hope to desperate people
