Redditch is a town, a borough, and a parliamentary constituency, but it is rather surprising to read that @redditchrachel is now "working for Redditch county." “Redditch County” is the official name of the parliamentary constituency, it reflects that a vast area of the constituency is not within the Borough of Redditch but takes in Wychavon District within Worcs County Council and the areas of Inkberrow, Hanbury, and the Lenches.
The distinction between 'county' and 'borough' constituencies is archaic, a leftover from when county constituencies were actual counties. In any case, "Redditch County" with capitalised 'County' implies a county called Redditch, whereas you meant "Redditch county constituency"
In any case, this is just a confusing anachronism as nobody uses this terminology in everyday life. For example, Redditch Borough Council recorded your being elected as the "Member of Parliament for Redditch" - which is very clear.pic.twitter.com/ki3sckzuTL

If you look at all my comments on Brexit I have consistently said we need the deal to protect the rights of EU citizens, and that we welcome and want them to stay in the country and Redditch, so your attack is quite inaccurate. Please write to me for a full personal response.
