There have been far more shops & businesses closing since Tories won the council. Market has halved & much less shoppers and many say about it. Rachel blamed Labour Council Leader for state of Town last year but she's not willing to blame Tory Leader for decline since last May

Shame you don't include the Europeans in the local people. I've lived there for 4 years. In those fours years lots of businesses have closed, there are hardly any indpt shops, the market is dead and we have an MP who ignores the views of the Europeans living in her constituency.

Last year when Tories were fighting to win the Council. They were criticising the town, claiming they shopped in Solihull rather than local. But fact is there are now less shops. less market stalls. Restaurants new and old to the town have shut recently. if you call that vibrant.

Not forgetting unemployment having risen in Redditch plus largest amount of Universal Credit claimants in Worcestesrhire which tells anyone that her constituents are in low paid and insecure employment. Worcestershire also lowest amount of new businesses in the region.
