@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!
Thanks Andrea. We have all of that but they are simply ignoring this. It is hugely frustrating and she lives hundreds of miles away from me and my sister her only relatives. Appreciate your concern.

Obviously don't know all ins and outs. But could you approach another company for your mother's broadband using the poa as confirmation? Then that leaves you dealing with talk talk with whatever comes of it. Just a suggestion sorry if I'm suggesting what's already been attempted.
