@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!
Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

I'm so sorry to hear this is still going on as my mother in law had vascular dementia and know just how difficult things can get. My husband and other siblings all had power of attorney on behalf of her which made things so much easier when having to deal with companies.

Thanks Andrea. We have all of that but they are simply ignoring this. It is hugely frustrating and she lives hundreds of miles away from me and my sister her only relatives. Appreciate your concern.
