.@TalkTalk your customer service is APPALLING. My 83 yr old dementia patient mother needs live in care - your broadband has been down for months. She has lost capacity to operate her account and you won’t help because we “aren’t account holders”.

Her live in carers are totally cut off from their own families as it’s a rural area there is no mobile signal. Making it challenging for us to find carers. Spent hours on hold with you and automated call routing. Hopeless
