I supported the Brady amendment last night. There is a path through that gets us out of the EU with a good deal. The EU must listen to this clear expression of popular will in the House of Commons.https://twitter.com/BBCNewsnight/status/1090381393136214016 …

“I think it’s been a very positive day… What today has shown is there is a majority for the prime minister’s deal plus some changes to the backstop,” says Liz Truss, chief secretary to the Treasury, adding that it is "a significant way forward” @trussliz | #newsnight pic.twitter.com/RhLYz5fr9p

Hi Rachel, could you let the public have the details of that Twitter poll you conducted, which you prefaced by stating what an awful thing a second referendum would be? What was it? 17% Leave with no deal 83% second referendum. I note that you quickly deleted - inconvenient truth

So if TM goes to the EU and they wont budge we still leave with no deal what the majority of people want so stop messing around at the end of the day law is law and its been passed for just that if we dont like the deal offered we leave with no deal

I am intrigued what the "alternative arrangements" for the Irish border can be , when they have found none in 2.5 years. It's all terrifying Rachel; the clock is ticking and there is no solution.

...and it took the UK 2 & a half years to come up with that (again) just before rhe buzzer?? Everybody outside HoC knows it’s a non-starter, with only has one objective: put the blame for UK’s own incompetence on Brussels & Dublin. It’s a path to nowhere aka #NoDealBrexit

Hi Rachel, I'm afraid I didn't vote for a deal, I voted to leave! I work for a transport firm that has been planning for full customs at the boarders from January, don't let the unpreparedness of others, and ridiculous scaremongering prevent Britian getting a Global Brexit.

1/ Unfortunately for them the EU won't renegotiate, so we leave with no deal on 29th March and trigger article 24 of the WTO GATT to continue trading with the EU with no tarriffs and no customs checks.

This will also mean: 1. We will be out of the various mechanisms such as SM, CAP, CFP, and CU. 2. We won't have to pay the £39 billion. 3. We can start negotiating and implementing the RoW trade deals. 4. Tarriffs on goods from RoW will be much lower in the meantime.
