The problem here is that you have no leverage. The Government can always rely on your support so there's no chance of "return our services or else". Reddith gets nothing back for your loyalty.

I've requested an urgent meeting with Health Minister, Stephen Hammond, to discuss the unacceptable long ambulance waits at our local hospitals.

while you're there can you also sort out the FULL problems of WAHT instead of blaming the Trust and triage guidelines. But I suppose that might pose a problem as it always has done when meeting with Ministers.
