heading more & more towards a 2 tier system. No substitute for face to face appointments with my GP. I have a very rare life long condition which is difficult to manage. Unlikely to be able to deal by App. Along with elderly and vulnerable too who are more unlikely to have BBand

What happens to the 1 in 4 patients that need to see a GP in person? Digital telemedicine services are only part of the solution. Safety should always override convenience!

Of course and I agree. If those who prefer it such as myself can be catered for via technology It frees up more resource and support for those who need it the most, and who can’t or don’t want to use technology. I see it as a win/win
